A Letter from the director:

Dear Patrons and Friends,

Thank you for your continued generous support of The Junior Jazz Foundation!

It is with a great sense of community pride and excitement that on behalf of The Junior Jazz Foundation and its affiliate, The Jazz Corner, we are pleased to announce our 9th annual Jazz festival, Bob Masteller’s JAZZ FOR ALL AGES on Hilton Head Island, October 29th & 30th, 2023, at the beautiful Sonesta Resort.

For the past eight years, sold out audiences have enjoyed the music of internationally recognized Jazz artists in support of our mission to preserve the great American art form of Jazz through education and live performance. The proceeds from the Jazz Fest assist in funding our annual two-week summer Jazz Camp, financial grants to local school music programs, our musical instrument donation drive, and college scholarship fund.

This year’s “must see” event continues to elevate JAZZ FOR ALL AGES onto the national stage with a music program on par with some of the top Jazz festivals in the world.

Sunday evening, October 29th ,Grammy Nominated Vocalist CLINT HOLMES & Vocalist NIKI HARIS

will be presenting the music of Al Jarreau & Roberta Flack with Musical Director Christian Tamburr.

Legendary singer Clint Holmes is BACK! His 40-plus year career has taken him from the top of the charts, to concert halls, on TV screens, and cemented his legacy as a veritable Las Vegas institution. Clint will be joined by an all-star line-up including Niki Haris, best known as “The BIG VOICE” behind Madonna for over 18 years. Throughout her incredible career as a singer she’s worked with several music icons including: Stanley Turrentine, Joe Sample and the Jazz Crusaders, Ray Charles, Mick Jagger, Whitney Houston, and Sheryl Crow, among others.

Monday, October 30th ,Grammy Award-Winners Adonis Rose and the NEW ORLEANS JAZZ ORCHESTRA

will be honoring musical icon Aretha Franklin.

Led by Artistic Director Adonis Rose, this 20-piece big band has an ever-increasing repertoire that exemplifies the influence of Jazz as the grandfather of all modern American music. NOJO has headlined all of America’s major performing arts venues and clubs and produced the first local, ticketed Jazz Concert Series in the history of New Orleans.

Each night of the festival will highlight performances by the Junior Jazz Rising Stars to open the evening events.

Two Benedetto guitar legends will take you on a musical journey through some of his greatest compositions from his over 1,700 song catalogue.

Monday, October 30th ,Gypsy Jazz Brunch with RICARDO OCHOA

THE STORY OF THE HOT CLUB de FRANCE ~ A Tribute to Django Reinhardt & Stephane Grappelli

Deemed as “one of the most original bands in the history of recorded Jazz,” Hot Club de France was one of the earliest and most significant continental Jazz groups to ever come out of Europe, started by Reinhardt and Grappelli in the 1930’s.

The Great American Art Form of Jazz is unique to our culture and should be enjoyed broadly in our community. Therefore, we have established an objective to offer this event at an attractive price for all to experience.

JAZZ FOR ALL AGES would not be possible without the support from our incredible sponsors, friends, and community. Included is information on the sponsorship opportunities for this spectacular event on Hilton Head Island.

I hope you will consider joining us and becoming a sponsor. Please feel free to contact us at:
